For Pentecost 2020, there is a booklet available entitled, "The person and works of the Holy Spirit." It may be found here:

https://simplebooklet.com/reflectionsforpentecost2020#page=0

(You will need to highlight and copy the text, then paste into your internet browser address bar.)

Peter has made available his theological reflections on Rublev's Icon of the Holy Spirit, which was originally submitted as his dissertation for his Bachelor of Divinity degree back in 2003. To access it, please copy-and-paste this link: https://simplebooklet.com/brMHXnjODARfdHBESquZ16

During Pete's online service on 29th March 2020, Pete requested artwork from the congregation (specifically children...!) to decorate his office with, so there is a nice background while he does his online talks. He will forward a selection onto me, and i will put what I have been sent below.

The first picture that Pete has forwarded onto me is by Grace Porteus. This should be included in the advert for our new vicar, once the advert is put out!

Gift Aid Form

If you are a UK tax payer and you also donate money to St George's Church, please consider filling in a Gift Aid form too. This will enable the church to claim an extra percentage of your donation (around 25% at the time of writing) from HM Government at no cost to yourself. The form below is a JPEG/photo image, so you will need to save the image and then print it out to fill it in. The church office should be able to help you with this when life is "back to normal".

Messy Church material for May 2020

The current situation in the world sadly means that it is unlikely that Messy Church will be able to meet at St George's Church in May 2020, so below is some Messy Church activities that you can do at home instead. If you make any of these crafts, maybe you can take a photo and post it to the 'Messy Church at St George's' Facebook page (with parents'/guardians' permission of course!)?
